The Night Owl is a huge 8 foot tall winged monkey-thing with an owl's face and talons, like a monkey/pigeon/owl/angel hybrid.

Start Spreading the News[]
The Night Owl is one of the first beings to greet Pete the Plug, the new Vox Phantasma, when he enters Nod for the first time. They announce with joy to the rest of Nod that Pete's back and give him a beaky kiss, elated that he's there.
Chapter II[]
Parade of Peril[]
On Thanksgiving in 2022, before the Macy's Parade, Pete visits Nod in his dreams and encounters the Night Owl again, along with the Woman in the Moon and Pizza Rat. The Night Owl tells Pete about Nod venturing into deeper Dreaming to help their sibling, and that something may have followed them back.

The Night Owl is seen flying Pizza Rat to safety in the dream world after Nod is kidnapped by Null.
