The Ramble

The Ramble is the closest thing Leviathan has to a town hall or court house. It is located in Crow's Keep.

Inside the Ramble building lives the actual Ramble: a collection of Leviathan's oldest pirates who sit and smoke and drink and tell tales of great acts of piracy in the distant past. They ramble and wax philosophical until a decision can be made through the assembled wisdom of the elder pirates that gathered there. One such elder pirate is Tulwar Zuhari-Royce, Sunny Biscotto's mentor.

Description[]

The Ramble is a 12-story ramshackle tavern constructed like a monstrous, teetering, Howl’s Moving Castle-esque or Walrus and the Carpenter-esque abomination of porches and balconies and chimneys. None of it is fresh lumber, as all building materials are sourced from the many ships and shipwrecks Leviathan encounters and salvages.

The Ramble has a reputation for being frequently burned down and destroyed, the most recent of which was done by Captain James Whitclaw.

It was unnecessarily burned to the ground by Captain James Whitclaw in his mission to crown himself the pirate king and take over Leviathan unopposed.
