Description[]
The Sugar-Plum Fairy makes herself appear as a beautiful, six-winged fairy to others. She wears sugar plum leaves as a Tinker Bell-esque leaf dress, and has six long lavender dragonfly wings, three on each side. She has two beautiful indigo eyes, and two smaller lavender ones up to each corner, like an insect. They are each sparkling and beautiful. She is gorgeous, but alien and terrifying.
History[]
There is Strength in Sweetness[]
The Sugar-Plum Fairy is first introduced as Chancellor Lapin Cadbury approaches a the Sugar Plum Stones in the Old Glade in the woods surrounding Castle Candy after getting the feeling that something vital has broken. She appears to him as he's attempting to fix the teacup that Liam Wilhelmina had previously broken.
Ruby and Liam know that the Sugar-Plum Fairy is a powerful spirit of The Sweetening Path, an animistic religion native to Candia. The legends of the Sugar-Plum Fairy indicate she is protective, and not evil.
Chaos in the Cathedral[]
Safe Harbor[]
She appears to Cumulous Rocks whilst he is meditating, where he reveals that she has the ability to wear the face she does to seem less imposing, and that her true form is much more powerful than her fairy glamour shows. She then talks to Cumulous, discussing how they both want to save Candia's magic. We also learn that she wants the Royal Family of Candia to be safe, by going to the Great Stone Candy Mountains, and offers Cumulous a boon if he takes House Rocks there.
Ice Cream Temple[]
The Sugar-Plum Fairy appears to the group within the Ice Cream Temple. In attempts to bring Ruby Rocks to Jet Rocks, the Sugar-Plum Fairy reveals that she has been planning a hide-away for all the magic in Candia. This includes the people of Candia, who've all moved onto a like afterlife within the Sugar-Plum Fairy magic. In response to Ruby's questioning, the Sugar-Plum Fairy admits that she was responsible for Jet's death. Ruby and the rest of the party then spurn the fairy's offer to hide them away and a battle commences. The Sugar-Plum Fairy eventually falls at the hand of Ruby's finishing blow. Due to this, the realm created by the Sugar-Plum Fairy falls apart, and all who inhabit the area are returned to the Hungry One. Liam Wilhelmina, within the Ice Cream Temples depths, is visited by the late Chancellor Lapin Cadbury through a vision and it's revealed later that the Sugar-Plum Fairy's magic is drawn from the Bulb.

Trivia[]
- Based on her spells and abilities, the Sugar Plum Fairy's combat statistics are almost certainly those of a Lich. Notably, this would make her CR 22 due to being encountered in her lair, by far the most powerful enemy faced in the campaign.
