The Tomb of Ultimate Evil is the sixth and final episode of season 2, Escape from the Bloodkeep.

"We find ourselves here, in the Tomb of Ultimate Evil, where the Boatman of pure evil waits in the Fountain of Nlood. Our vile villains are here, gathered 'round (with J'er'em'ih and Ol' Pickering). Facing the Boatman, who has said that he will bestow the force of raw, primal evil to Leiland Jr., if he is blessed by all of these spiritual statues here in the room. And, we see Olag and his loyalist forces have come in, and the gate has closed behind them."
Synopsis[]
Markus St. Vincent tries to convince the goblins not to fight with the orcs, but Olag interrupts his speech. Leiland attempts to distract the approaching forces. Markus hides and sneaks forward to investigate the hoard. Lilith heads towards a statue to gets its blessing for Leiland Jr.. Maggie is the first to engage in combat. In the midst of the battle, Sokhbarr takes a mystery potion, which grants him three effects: he gains the ability to reincarnate into something else if he dies within the next minute (unknown to him), he grows dramatically in size, and he has Hork emerge from a sudden split in his side. Hork immediately attacks Lilith. Jason and Jessa jump in to help fight the enemy forces. Maggie is attacked by one of the Vinguri, whilst another goes after Leiland himself. Leiland Jr. joins the fight in response to Maggie getting hit, and blasts one of the attacking forces. Pieces of the floor begin to collapse into an inky void, as the Bloodkeep continues to crumble. Jason falls into the void, but is able to grab the edge of the hole with a length of spider silk at the last moment, and climbs back out. Leiland casts Cone of Cold, killing several attackers, and repurposing one of their souls into a cursed spectre.
Lilith traps one of the Vinguri in a web, whilst her children, Jason and Jessa, go after Hork. Jason restrains him, and Jessa consumes enough of his body that he dies (again). Ol' Pickering gets brained by a goblin, and collapses, unconscious. Efink Murderdeath goes after the Boatman. She asks the nameless Gods if she can be their champion instead, which they agree to on the condition that she defeats the Boatman. Sokhbarr tries to convince one of the idols to give their blessing to Leiland Jr. by showing them how disgusting he is, and they grant it. Lilith asks another one of the idols for their blessing for Leiland Jr., trying to impress them with the fact that she used to eat stars; they grant her request. She then crawls up the wall to the ceiling. Leiland falls into the void as more of the Bloodkeep collapses, but he uses Relentless Hex to teleport to his previously hexed target, Oswald, and avoid falling into the abyss. Markus makes it over to the third idol, removing his mask to show them how sexy he is, and asking for their blessing for Leiland Jr., which they grant. Efink casts Turn Undead in an attempt to eliminate the Boatman, but fails to turn any enemy within range. She does, however, succeed in blinding the Boatman, and doing damage to him, with another attack. Lilith yanks the Boatman into the air with a spell, and Efink hits him on her way past. As the Boatman hangs over the pit, Lilith lets him fall into the abyss.
Leiland narrowly avoids being hit by Oswald, one of the Vinguri, but Toby, another Vinguri, knocks him unconscious. Leiland Jr. says: "I have not released you from my service, you may not depart without my permission," and resurrects Leiland, commanding him not to wear a helmet henceforth. Maggie and Leiland narrowly avoid falling into the void, as their section of the floor collapses. Leiland is persuaded not to eliminate Olag by Markus, but, instead, eliminates fellow Vinguri, Toby, who he then retains as a mundane undead. He then successfully persuades Oswald, the final remaining member of the Vinguri, to join his side. Markus tries to convince the final idol that the group is truly evil by asking that they condemn Olag to eternal life, as a way of refusing his wish to die. When that doesn't prove convincing, he offers to fall forever in return for their blessing for Leiland Jr., and, accordingly, jumps into the void. The idol loves this idea, and throws Olag into the void as a result. Maggie asks the idol to grant Leiland Jr. the final blessing, which they do, asking her to get her father to give them a name, so that they can go somewhere else. Markus uses his Fog of War ability to avoid his fate, reappearing above ground, with his own sword in his belly, dealing himself sneak attack damage. Maggie grabs him, puts him on her back, and moves further away from the void. Markus's avoidance of the fate that he promised the last idol annoys them, but they are unable to take back their blessing. Oswald, the final member of the Vinguri, is killed, restoring some of Leiland's health.
The group set about defeating the final remaining enemies, as they rush to touch the blood, in order to pool the blessings, and bless Leiland Jr.. Efink gets into the blood first, becoming the new Bloodkeeper, and asking the other vile villains to bring her Leiland Jr., and the blessings. Sokhbarr gets there under his own power, as does Lilith, who sends Jason and Jessa away to safety, and grabs Maggie with her Grasping Web (Grasping Vine). Leiland Jr. moves into the blood, and the crown flies up onto his head. The Bloodkeep collapses further, causing the goblin archers, Leiland's spectre, and Frod to fall into the abyss. Markus narrowly avoids falling too, by using his grappling crossbow. Leiland dispatches Hobbert, the final remaining enemy. Markus and Maggie add their blessings to the pool of blood. Leiland Jr. asks: "Bloodkeeper, do you pronounce it to be true?" Efink replies in the affirmative, and he holds her finger. Leiland Jr. thanks his mother, and the whole group rises up on a column of blood. The fires of the light are extinguished, and they are banished from the Land of Darkness. When the chamber is repaired, they have a big coronation for Leiland Jr..
In the epilogue, Efink is bound to the Fountain of Blood, with access to all of the secrets that she has ever wanted, and visions of everywhere that she has ever wanted to visit. She works as a sort of therapist for the denizens of the Bloodkeep, spending lots of time with Keldriel in particular. She's also kept company in her chamber by the ghost of Olag, who is forced to live a half-life forever. John Feathers turns up with a business opportunity for Markus, and they go to take over his father's kingdom, Kaelstoop, together. Lilith has been elected Queen Regent of Gorgar, mostly because of the number of spiders who voted. Her daughter, Jessa, starts designing better-looking evil armour, and her son, Jason, goes off to reconquer the forest. Sokhbarr becomes the Lord of the Bog of Despair again, now that most of the beasts have been released from the army. He returns to the bog to look after the animals there. J'er'em'ih releases a scream that tears a fissure in the fabric of reality, and twelve scream beast pups appear. Maggie, Leiland, and Leiland Jr. wind down after the chaos of the coronation, as Leiland Jr. finally takes a nap. However, he wakes up, and asks Leiland Sr. to bring him the head of Galfast Hamhead. Leiland swears to do so.
