Theo is the stuffed bear of the little girl that Ricky Matsui saves from a burning building in Episode 1. Ricky uses Theo to help the little girl stay calm and navigate out of the building.
When Ricky Creates Water, Theo does not look away, even though the girl does, which causes Ricky to reveal to the little girl that he is a little bit magical.
