Grabalba is the Viscountess of the Goblin Court. She was previously in an advantageous political engagement with Prince Apollo of the Court of Wonder, but this was broken off for unknown reasons. In Theater of War, Delloso de la Rue, confesses to Major K. P. Hob that they broke the engagement due to the false love that was conveyed.
There is a rumour going around the Bloom that she is looking to match with any archfey possible, but in Of One Mind, Andhera spreads the rumour that he had been sent to the Bloom to catch the eye of Grabalba, thus elevating her status.

Viscountess Grabalba is very flirtatious, and interested in procuring another advantageous political marriage. She is known to talk for long periods of time without letting the other person speak. Hob admits that they know she is a problem, but the Goblin Court are working on it.

Prince Apollo[]
She was in a broken engagement to Prince Apollo of the Court of Wonder. The loss of this political alliance is a major sense of shame for the Goblin Court.
Prince Andhera[]
K.P. Hob attempts to arrange a match between Andhera and Grabalba. However, when she meets him, Grabalba won't let Andhera get a word in edgeways, and later Andhera passes Grabalba on to King Oberon in order to talk to Rue. When Andhera comes back, Gribalba refuses to switch back as she feels she has traded up.
In Of One Mind, Andhera spreads the rumour that he had been sent to the Bloom to catch the eye of Grabalba, thus elevating her status.
Grabalba is later seen speaking conspiratorially with Fable, and feels embarrassed about being caught out by Andhera, but feels better when Andhera repeatedly compliments her by calling her "filthy" and "nasty". Later at the masquerade, Hob asks Andhera if there is any chance they will be the one to marry Grabalba. Andhera stutters a bit and says he could if Hob needs them to, but when Hob pushes for a real answer, Andhera says no.
The morning after the ball, Grabalba sends Andhera a letter acknowledging the rumors of his affections, but confesses that she has shared a "romantic" evening with Fable of the Trickster Court. She wishes to maintain a friendly camaraderie with Andhera despite a planned marriage alliance between the Goblin and Seelie Courts, but warns him, “Don’t stalk me, my boyfriend will kill you.” Andhera responds that he couldn't be more delighted for her, and sends her some trash as a "preemptive marriage gift."
Delloso de la Rue[]
There is a false rumour in place at the Bloom, as spread by Lord Blemish and Lady Boil, that Grabalba and Apollo's engagement was called off because Rue is friends with Apollo and in love with Grabalba. They actually broke off the engagement due to the false love between the two that was conveyed.
Fable[]
When Andhera first speaks to Fable, Fable is speaking conspiratorially with Grabalba, who looks embarrassed upon seeing Andhera.
Grabalba and Fable share a "romantic" evening at the masquerade ball together, and Grabalba writes a lettle to Andhera that she "truly cannot fathom a world in which a proposal is not publicly made in days." She warns him that if he stalks her, "My boyfriend will kill you." She signs off the letter as the soon-to-be consort of Fable, leader of the Court of Trickery. The rest of the Goblin Court seem to be very supportive of their relationship.
The Goblin King[]
Grabalba is the daughter of the Goblin King.
Major K.P. Hob[]
Hob is assigned to protect Grabalba and the secret about her failed engagement. He shows great deference to her. In A Bloom to Remember, Grabalba is seen morosely picking petals off of a flower which represents Prince Apollo, and Hob and Grabalba acknowledge each other. Later, Grabalba feels attraction to Hob after seeing him successfully command the other goblins through fear, and she happily sits on his shoulder and flirts with him. Hob also throws Grabalba towards the Crystal Heart during the hedge maze competition in an attempt to allow her to grab it, which doesn't come to pass.
King Oberon[]
Andhera passs Grabalba on to King Oberon in order to talk to Rue. When he returns, Gribalba refuses to go back to Andhera as she feels she had traded up, making Oberon feel confused and upset. Andhera then joins the conversation under the guise of a "royals chat."
