Vraz the Mean is a high ranking devil of the Nine Hells and the lead juror of the tribunal for the investigation of Gorthalax the Insatiable's infernal negligence in administering his domain.

Description[]
Vraz is an erinyes. She wears black steel plate armor with an open faced black horned helmet. She has a beautiful yet uncanny porcelain-like white face with ruby red lips and a little beauty mark. All of her skin besides her face has been flayed off, but you can only see it on the edges of her face due to her armor covering the rest of her. She also has burnt skeletal wings.
As her title states, Vraz is angry, mean, or annoyed the majority of the time. She helps run the legal proceedings of The Nine Hells and has to deal with the problems that entails, that of which usually anger or annoy her. Although she is not an Archdevil, she acts on the behalf of Blozo the Undiminished, Regnant of Sloth, gaining the authority of an Archdevil.
Background[]
Was seen yelling at Gorthalax the Insatiable for not taking care of his domain by Pok Gukgak at the end of the summer between The Bad Kids freshmen and sophomore Year. After the battle on The Goldenrod, Wretchrot reads a piece of paper that he stole from Vraz, its a receipt that says that Vraz bought a side of fries at some point.

When Fig Faeth casts burning hands on the Briar Wall in the Shrine of Thorns, the spell extends into a burning doorway. Vraz steps out of the doorway with a burning scroll and serves Fig.
Hellbound[]
Vraz shows up and starts arguing with Fig, Riz, Gilear, and the Hangman when they come into the first layer of The Nine Hells, Avernus. She leads them to the tribunal over Gorthalax's negligence over his domain, and the tribunal begins. She asks Fig a series of questions and finds out that Gorthalax was trapped in a gem by Kalina and demons via proxy. She calls the tribunal to a recess. Vraz initially rules to imprison the mortals, but after the input of the Hangman, she just puts them on house arrest.
Daddies & Demons[]
As Vraz calls the tribunal back to order, she announces that once again Blozo the Undiminished will not be showing up at the tribunal, due to waiting at his castle for people to come and fix one of his windows. Riz and Fig present to Vraz that Fig is the rightful ruler of The Bottomless Pit, with the evidence of being Gorthalax's daughter and that she defeated him by trapping him in a gem. Vraz appears to be annoyed by this, mocking Fig. Riz then hisses at Vraz, with the hiss being recorded in the official notes of the tribunal. Vraz starts to make fun of Fig's whole aesthetic, asking her if she's "different from the other girls?" She throws up lava after Fig says that the most different thing about her is that she doesn't try to be different than the other girls. Vraz steps down from her seat and makes Fig the official ruler of the Bottomless Pit. She does this by briefly kissing her on the lips, catching Fig's lips aflame, putting her thumb on her forehead, and speaking in tongues. Making a upside down flaming pentagram appear briefly on Fig's forehead. After this Fig has become an Arch Devil. She goes back to her seat and says that Riz and Gilear are free to leave, but that The Hangman must be returned to his proper owner. An unknown devil with a limp walks through the tribunal and hands Vraz a scroll after saying that theyre filing an injunction. Vraz asks the devil what law they're filing an injunction under, the devil says that the law is on the scroll. She reads the scroll and it says the law of the blade. Vraz is then stabbed in the face with a sword as the devil's illusion fades, revealing itself to be the Bill Seacaster, now an Arch Devil. As Bill's crew begins to raid the Bottomless Pit they grab Fig, Riz, Gilear, The Hangman and Wretchrot, as Bill Seacaster shoots his pistol at the three jurors. As The Goldenrod and Bill's armadas begin to head to The Iron City of Dis, Vraz points out at the sky of flame for Hell's armadas to chase after them.
Blast from the Passed[]
Vraz the Mean cast dimension door on herself, Kaistrana the Chained, and Lorzug the Impaled so that the three of them appear on the helm of The Goldenrod. She declares that Bill Seacaster is under arrest. The jurors and Bill all start to fight as Vraz orders Fig Faeth to help stop Bill Seacaster and to have all stolen goods returned to The Bottomless Pit. Once Fig declines her order, Vraz makes all contracts between The Bottomless Pit and its executor null and void. The warlocks of the ruler of The Bottomless Pit are released from their bonds, causing Johnny Spells and his crew to appear on The Goldenrod, fighting on the behalf of Vraz and The Nine Hells. The jurors and Bill are all doing tremendous amounts of damage against each other, but its mostly fire and poison damage which they are all immune to. Wretchrot takes small scraps of scrolls from her as she's fighting. She then gets thrown off The Goldenrod while grappling Bill Seacaster along with the other jurors as the gravity on the ship changes. Vraz yells at Fig as Fig dimension doors away with Bill Seacaster. Gets pick pocketed by Fig, she takes a scroll that's a waiver of release that allows The Bad Kids to return to the Shrine of Thorns in Arborly.
